NASCO is a world class supplier of suspension coil springs. Our customer base includes such companies as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Subaru, Mazda, Ford and GM.  NASCO provides our customers with a variety of sizes and shapes with various degrees of complexity.  NASCO also offers stabilizer links to its customer base.  A stabilizer link connects the stabilizer bar to the lower arm of the suspension.  We also manufacture many types of trunk lid torsion bars, also know as TLTB.  These bars are located in most trunks to help provide lift, making it easier to open the lid of the trunk.

Coil Spring

We, at NASCO, are capable of providing simple springs such as cylindrical springs with a cylindrical bar diameter to the more complex springs like conical pigtail with conical bar diameter. We are capable of manufacturing low stress springs as well as high stress springs. Many hours of design work are put in to each shape we develop to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

Quality is of the utmost importance to our customers and to NASCO. Our customers demand a high quality spring that can meet the demands of the very harsh environment and we provide such a spring. Every spring that is manufactured is 100 percent tested to verify the quality of our product before it is shipped to our customers. Our quality system continues to evolve and change to help NASCO achieve continuous quality improvement throughout the plant.

Torsion Bar

Besides providing coil springs, we manufacture many types of trunk lid torsion bars, also know as TLTB.  These bars are located in most trunks to help provide lift, making it easier to open the lid of the trunk.

NASCO has six computer controlled benders making multiple types of complex shapes with very minimal setup times.  These benders are capable of making quick design modifications to meet our ever-changing customer requirements.  We currently supply companies such as Toyota, Subaru, and Nissan.

Stabilizer Link

NASCO also offers stabilizer links to its customer base.  A stabilizer link connects the stabilizer bar to the lower arm of the suspension.  When a vehicle is turning, lateral forces from the tire are transmitted through the stabilizer link into the stabilizer bar.  The stabilizer bar will twist, thus adding rigidity to the vehicle body.

Unlike some of our competitors, our stabilizer links are manufactured with ball joints, providing unlimited direction of rotation, reduced weight, and easier assembly into our customers’ vehicles.
