Superior products are the result of a dedicated design process coupled with some of the most technologically advanced spring producing equipment in the world.
Our commitment to quality can be seen in every process at NASCO. From the design of our product through the manufacturing and testing procedures, only the latest in proven technology and equipment are used.
At NASCO, computer controlled systems are used in the most critical production areas to ensure absolute consistency in the manufacture of our product.
NASCO receives coiled raw material, which is then turned/drawn and cut to length. Some bar material requires a "flat taper"; a process we perform at NASCO. The Main Line Production equipment at NASCO includes:
PRECISE MATERIAL PROCESSING
COMPUTER CONTROLLED FORMING
AUTOMATIC SETTING PROCESS
(This is the first time being touched
by human hand!)
Each process is capable of being changed to a new part within a few minutes, allowing for short production runs and easy prototype manufacturing.
The product is manufactured to customer requirements and shipped under just-in-time deliveries all over North America.
Highly trained technicians carefully monitor each segment of the manufacturing process.
Teamwork and cooperation of all NASCO employees bring the elements of total quality control into every spring produced.
